26.04.2020 is one of a series of ‘rock landscape’ drawings. The series explores and encourages a deeper sense of looking at, and perhaps thinking about, materials around us, particularly focussing on small, hand-held rocks that we find at the beach. The drawings explode surface sections of these pebbles up to vast, sweeping landscapes, revealing whole worlds nestled in the palm of the hand, planes of solidified swirls and folds for the mind to wander.
