I have always been fascinated by the landscape and had a strong connection to the natural world. Through my work I explore the landscape from new perspectives using a range of different materials and techniques to discover new details. The creation of new perspectives extracts different elements of the landscape and hides them within, allowing me to understand the landscape from a different view and understand my own connection to the landscape and textures within. It is my own connection that drives me to understand the natural world further and inspires me to continue exploring in as many ways as I can.
