A Gift From Cornwall

Influenced by artists including John Tunnard, Kandinsky and Rudolf Bauer, I create colourful abstract images using printmaking, collage and painting alongside site specific installations. Geometric and organic shapes often feature in my work creating a sense of journey and perspective which slow the viewers eye, an antidote to today’s society. Elements are positioned with consideration regarding their relationship with one another eluding to human need for connection, a sense of community. Circles feature describing wholeness and shapes appear in threes to link back to my faith journey.
